If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive whatever time is left in your appointment. Due to a tightly booked schedule, we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full service you scheduled.
Cancellation / Re-schedule Policy
I understand that daily life can complicate attending your appointment, so I ask that when making an appointment you know that this time is a convenient time for yourself. Please carefully read, understand and agree to this policy.
- In the event of a cancellation, please give 2 business days’ notice. This will allow other clients the opportunity to use these times.
- In the event that you need to re-schedule / cancel an appointment, email or call the clinic and leave a message at least 2 business days prior to your appointed day. In continual cases of re-scheduling / cancellations, we may request that the full consultation fee is prepaid confirming your allocated time slot. This amount will be non-refundable and cannot be changed to another time.
Please be respectful and considerate and advise the clinic as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to attend your appointment. Failure to inform results in the clinic unable to fill vacancies or offer available times to clients who are in urgent need.
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well-being as well as the health of therapists and clients.
Receiving Kinesiology treatment when you are sick is not preferable. While in the early and acute stages of a cold, the flu or other illness, a session can accelerate the onset of the infection and intensify its severity. If you have a session after the infection has peaked, you may experience a relapse of symptoms and feel sick again. Please wait until you have been well for at least a week before having a session. If you do need to cancel your appointment, please call as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you are feeling better.
